The sending of personal data is obligatory in order to contact us and receive information about the services provided by Foundspot. Likewise, not facilitating the requested personal data, or not accepting the data protection policy, makes it impossible to subscribe, register or receive information about these services.

Accuracy and veracity of data provided.

The User who sends information to Foundspot is solely responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the data included, exonerating Foundspot of any responsibility regarding the data provided.

The users guarantee and answer to, in all cases, the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and they commit to keeping the data duly updated. The user accepts to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form.

Foundspot does not answer to the veracity of information that is not its own or that is indicated by another source, for which it does not assume any responsibility regarding any hypothetical damages that could arise from the use of said information. Foundspot is exempt from any responsibility for any damage that the User could suffer as a result of any errors, faults or omissions in the information provided by Foundspot if it came from sources outside Foundspot.

Disclosure of data to third parties.

According to the terms of the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, relating to the Protection of Personal Data, the User grants his or her consent to his or her data being incorporated in a data file, of which the data owner is Foundspot. This data may be ceded to other users of Foundspot who are involved in the same matching process, with the aim of putting both parties in contact.

Exercise of rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your personal data, according to the law, by post to Avenida del Manzanares, 12, 7º D – 28011 – Madrid – MADRID, or email:, along with valid proof in law, such as a photocopy of your identity card and indicating the subject “DATA PROTECTION”.

Acceptance and consent.

The User accepts having been informed of the conditions of protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the processing thereof by Foundspot, in the manner and for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.

Any condition or clause added between the parties during the notification, the recovery process or delivery of objects or pets, established in writing, verbal or any other means, which contradicts or is not included in these terms and conditions, will have no effect or validity.

Dissemination of Foundspot notifications:
The Foundspot User agrees that the content of object and pet notifications may be published by Foundspot on its website or other websites, including social networks and blogs, for informational or promotional purposes. The names of the users will not be included in such publications unless previously authorised by the User.

Civil liability:
The Foundspot User declares and guarantees that he or she has the legal capacity to be bound by this agreement in their country of origin and he or she is at least 18 years old.

The Foundspot User accepts full liability for their use of this service and understands that there is a possibility that another user may not act ethically. They also accept that they cannot hold Foundspot liable for any claims stemming from the use of this service e.g. damages caused by conversations, agreements or any other type of relationship with a natural or legal person whilst using this service.

The Foundspot User accepts that no Foundspot director, employee or collaborator is responsible, directly or indirectly, in any way, for any failure, problem, delay or interruption to the Foundspot service or any problem generated as a result of the service offered on the website.
