As stated in the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, relating to the Protection of Personal Data, Foundspot informs the User that it is the owner of the file registered before the R.G.P.D (General Register of Data Protection) where your personal data is stored and that this data is used to provide the requested services and to send you information about our company and our services which may be of interest to you.
SENDING AND REGISTERING PERSONAL DATA
The sending of personal data is obligatory in order to contact us and receive information about the services provided by Foundspot. Likewise, not facilitating the requested personal data, or not accepting the data protection policy, makes it impossible to subscribe, register or receive information about these services.
In accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, relating to the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data you provide us with will be incorporated into a file held by Foundspot which complies with the security measures established in the Royal Decree 1720/2007 and is domiciled in Avenida del Manzanares, 12, 7º D – 28011 – Madrid – MADRID.
Accuracy and veracity of data provided.
The User who sends information to Foundspot is solely responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the data included, exonerating Foundspot of any responsibility regarding the data provided.
The users guarantee and answer to, in all cases, the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and they commit to keeping the data duly updated. The user accepts to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form.
Foundspot does not answer to the veracity of information that is not its own or that is indicated by another source, for which it does not assume any responsibility regarding any hypothetical damages that could arise from the use of said information. Foundspot is exempt from any responsibility for any damage that the User could suffer as a result of any errors, faults or omissions in the information provided by Foundspot if it came from sources outside Foundspot.
Disclosure of data to third parties.
According to the terms of the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, relating to the Protection of Personal Data, the User grants his or her consent to his or her data being incorporated in a data file, of which the data owner is Foundspot. This data may be ceded to other users of Foundspot who are involved in the same matching process, with the aim of putting both parties in contact.
Exercise of rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your personal data, according to the law, by post to Avenida del Manzanares, 12, 7º D – 28011 – Madrid – MADRID, or email: email@example.com, along with valid proof in law, such as a photocopy of your identity card and indicating the subject “DATA PROTECTION”.
